Rotaractive: A Successful Recruitment Drive
The Rotaract Club of APIIT conducted a successful session of Rotaractive to recruit new members to the Club through the different semester intakes at APIIT. Accordingly, a three-phase approach was implemented to align with the monthly intakes at APIIT. The first phase of the project took place on the 19th of July, featuring a detailed presentation on the values and goals of RAC APIIT, icebreakers and a Q&A session.
Despite Rotaractive being held on a Friday, a day during which there are limited lectures, the session still attracted over 60 participants, eager to learn more about our club and its members. The first phase of Rotaractive served its purpose of attracting new prospects who shared the values and goals of Rotaract and resonated with our mission to serve beyond boundaries.
