Being part of Rotaract has been a transformative journey that has shaped my perspective on leadership, service, and the power of collective action. Every experience, challenge, and friendship has contributed to my growth as an individual and strengthened my passion for making a difference. As President, I am committed to inspiring my fellow Rotaractors, fostering meaningful connections, and transforming ideas into impactful actions. Through “Legacy in Action,” I hope to create a lasting impact that extends beyond my term and continues to inspire future generations of Rotaractors.
Joint-Secretary
Nehaa Shruthi Senthilnathan
Hey! I'm Nehaa Senthilnathan, a Software Engineering undergraduate who enjoys exploring technology, taking on new challenges, and being involved in leadership and community activities. This Year, I am the Secretary of the Rotaract Club of APIIT for the Rotary Year 2026–27, and I love working with people, learning new things, and growing through every experience.
Joint-Secretary
Saleesha Wijesinha
Hi! I'm Saleesha, Salee to my friends. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, but when I'm not buried in assignments, you'll probably find me on a netball court, watching sports, or out chasing the next 4×4 off-road adventure. Above everything else, though, I'm a proud Rotaractor. Rotaract has given me lessons and experiences that no book or classroom ever could. It has given me the confidence to walk into any room and start a conversation, embrace leadership without hesitation, and believe in myself even during the toughest moments. As I begin my third year in this incredible movement and take on the role of Secretary, I hope to continue growing, learning, serving, and giving back to the movement that has shaped me into the person I am today. At the end of the day, we're all volunteers united by a shared passion to make a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a club that I proudly call my second family.
Vice President
Chathumina Kaweeshwara Yapapathirana
I’m Chathumina Kaweeshawara Yapapathirana, currently an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at APIIT. Being a part of Rotaract has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my journey. Serving as the Director of Public Relations during the RI year 2025–26 strengthened my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the club. More importantly, Rotaract gave me something beyond leadership, it gave me a family built on genuine friendships, unwavering support, and lifelong memories. I believe in leading with purpose, embracing new challenges, and inspiring others to grow. I look forward to continuing this journey by creating a positive impact and building a lasting legacy through service.
Vice President
Samadhi Sellahannadhi
As an undergraduate specializing in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I've come to realize that challenges are what keep me motivated. To me, Rotaract is a place where we challenge normality, seek solutions to problems, and create meaningful change. It is also the place that has shaped me into the person and leader I am today. Because of that, I believe true leaders have the power to change people's lives, not by telling them what to do, but by showing them what they're capable of achieving. As Vice President, my goal is to create that same opportunity for others by helping build a new generation of leaders who inspire, empower, and lead by example. I have always believed that if we put our hearts into something, anything is achievable. At the same time, I believe that leadership is meaningless without service. No matter how much we grow as individuals, our ultimate purpose is to serve those who need it most and create a lasting, positive impact in our communities.
Vice President
Ragu Manojram
I’m Manojram, the Vice President for the RI Years 2026-27. My time in this club has been a journey of constant personal growth. It gave me the push I needed to step out of my comfort zone, build lasting connections, and overcome various challenges along the way. Every experience has shaped who I am today, helping me grow both personally and professionally. Above all, being here inspires me every day to give back to the community and remain part of a purpose greater than myself.

Helloo! I'm a second-year law student who's always looking for new experiences and opportunities to grow. This year, I'm serving as the Assistant Secretary, where I get to work alongside an amazing team, meet incredible people, and be part of initiatives that create a positive impact. When I'm not juggling law school, you'll probably find me playing sports, trying something I've never done before, or at the gym pretending I know exactly what I'm doing. I love stepping out of my comfort zone, making new connections, and collecting stories I'll probably laugh about later. One thing I try to live by is to expect the unexpected... Because no matter what comes your way, there's always something to learn, laugh about, or grow from. Viva La Rotaract!

I am Rotaractor Rashani Rathanayaka. Rotaract is where I discovered who I truly am and developed into a confident leader. Joining as a general member with little confidence, I never imagined the opportunities ahead. Rotaract taught me that making a difference doesn’t require money even the smallest act of kindness can bring hope and a smile to someone’s life. Seeing the positive impact our efforts have on others continues to inspire me, and that is why I am truly proud to be a Rotaractor.
