The "Break the Bias" project focused on promoting gender equality through community engagement and education. Featuring guest speaker Ms. Sonali Silva, the initiative was directed on 2 SDGs and 2 Rotary Focus Areas. During the event, Ms. Silva shared personal experiences and insights on overcoming obstacles, inspiring participants to advocate for change in their own communities. The Interactive workshop encouraged dialogue about gender norms and offered strategies to create inclusive environments. By fostering awareness and collaboration, "Break the Bias" sought to empower individuals to recognize and dismantle biases, ultimately contributing to a more equitable society for all genders.
