Rotaractive Phase 01 was a flagship project of the Rotaract Club of APIIT and the first initiative under the Membership Development and Retention Avenue for the year 2025/26.
Organized and led by Rtr. Adhitri Purjitha Nandhakumar, Director of Membership Development and Retention. This project welcomed around 60 enthusiastic prospects, marking a highly successful turnout.
The event began with a fun and interactive icebreaker to ease the crowd, encouraging everyone to speak up and engage early on.
The club and its values were introduced, highlighting the vibrant culture of Rotaract through a dynamic slide presentation and entertaining TikTok videos.
Each Avenue Director took the stage to introduce their respective avenues, signature projects, and upcoming plans, all while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere by cracking jokes and engaging with the audience.
To make the session more memorable, prospects were given chocolates and Rotaract themed stickers.
The session ended with a creative group activity where prospects were divided into teams, assigned an avenue, and challenged to pitch a unique project idea. Their enthusiasm and involvement were truly commendable, setting a strong tone for the year ahead.
The session successfully set a strong foundation for future engagement and membership growth within the club
